Job Summary
Provide next-level technical support to FIVE Tribe Members and Guests, addressing hardware, software, and network-related issues. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems promptly while assisting in the setup and configuration of computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment. Monitor and maintain wired and wireless networks, installing and configuring servers, switches, and routers to optimize performance. Implement network security measures, perform routine system backups, and conduct regular audits for comprehensive security assessments. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project requirements, develop project plans, and allocate resources. Educate staff on best practices for data security and privacy while maintaining accurate records of hardware and software inventory.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 6-8 years of Supervisory Experience in a High-Volume Environment within the UAE in a Specialised IT Role
- A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Unparalleled knowledge of computer systems, networks, hardware, and software
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Proven experience in Project Management
- Exceptional ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Fluency in English

- An exquisite track record as an IT Specialist or in a similar capacity within a hotel or Hospitality Environment
