Job Summary
IT Specialist to serve as a key on-site point of contact in the Chicago office, blending IT support, office operations, and employee experience. Responsibilities include provisioning and configuring laptops, onboarding/offboarding support, asset tracking, hardware and A/V troubleshooting, coordinating with global IT teams and vendors, delivering end-user training on tools like Microsoft 365/Teams, supporting leadership with technology needs, and managing day-to-day office operations, reception, mail, vendor relationships, meetings and events, travel coordination, and administrative materials. Must be based on-site in downtown Chicago, with 5 days per week in the office; 1–3 years of IT support or related hybrid experience and a Bachelor's degree preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support, office administration, or a similar hybrid role
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on experience with hardware, software, A/V, and basic networking support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
