Job Summary
IT Helpdesk (L1/L2): receive and process requests, diagnose incidents, resolve on-site and remotely, and escalate to global support as needed. Workstations and software: deployment and configuration of Windows, corporate applications and peripherals; onboarding/offboarding, asset inventory. Accounts and access: basic user and group administration, access-rights management per security policies. Networks: initial diagnostics of connections (LAN/Wi-Fi/VPN), DNS/DHCP interaction, coordination with network contractors/global team. Cloud services and storage: assist with access management, migrations, incident resolution, and work with corporate cloud storage. Participation in IT department projects: updating workstation infrastructure, optimizing service processes, and local implementation support. Required Qualifications
- Experience supporting Windows-based environments (on-site and remote)
- Knowledge of typical corporate IT support tools
- Conversational English for interaction with global support and suppliers
- Understanding of computer networks (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi‐Fi)
- Experience with cloud-based storage and corporate services
- Basic cybersecurity knowledge and adherence to security policies (passwords, MFA, least privilege, updates)
- Good communication skills, ability to explain technical issues to users, team collaboration, customer focus
