Job Summary
IT Specialist is responsible for maintaining and improving the facility's technical systems to ensure Team Members have the technology they need and company data remains secure. Duties include technical support for production-related applications, hardware/software questions, scanning/printing coordination, system upgrades and security integrity, LAN/WAN/wireless infrastructure maintenance, proactive monitoring, documentation of processes/workflows, hardware/OS/software setup coordination, and end-user training. Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 3+ years of related experience; familiarity with Microsoft Office, Windows Server, MSSQL, Office 365, VMware ESXi/vCenter, and related IT skills is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent specialized training or certification
- Technical certifications, college or equivalent work experience in hardware, programming, application support and operations is desired
- 3+ years of experience in related field
- Help desk experience a plus
