Job Summary
Manage NMCI support for NAWCAD customers in Lakehurst, NJ by creating and maintaining employee data, seat orders, and asset records within the NET system. Respond to data calls, troubleshoot software and hardware issues, and assist with audio-visual equipment setup for conference rooms. Coordinate with the NAVAIR CTR Team to elevate unresolved problems, verify software licenses, and ensure compliance with MAC policies and Navy-wide directives. Maintain local records, manage distribution lists, and attend site-specific meetings to stay informed on implementation policies. Requires Top Secret clearance and 3+ years of experience supporting computer hardware and software.
Required Qualifications
- Clearance Required: Secret
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance
- 3+ years of experience
- Knowledge and experience supporting customers with computer hardware and software
- Written/oral communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft products - Outlook, Excel, Word, TEAMS
- Strong attention to detail of identified data elements
- Ability to work as a member of a team
- Strong work ethic, commitment to producing optimum results for each given task
- Willingness to pitch in and help with whatever task is needed to get the job done
