Job Summary
IT Specialist responsible for day-to-day operations support, including end-user hardware/software support (phones, computers, conferencing equipment), monitoring queues, and assisting with server management (e-mail, print, database, RDS, IIS) in an ESXi environment; tasks include installation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and documenting procedures. Requires an Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; A+ certification is desirable. Travel between locations is expected. Key skills include troubleshooting, customer service, teamwork, time management, and knowledge of Windows Server environments, Windows 10/11, networking, SQL, Exchange, IIS, and VOIP; familiarity with Fortigate/SonicWall and O365 is desirable.
