Job Summary
IT Specialist 1 / IT Support Assistant role supporting Telos Corporation in the greater Southwest Texas region with responsibilities including operation and maintenance of high-capacity printers, moving equipment, client interviews during pre-deployment asset discovery, hardware/software installation and configuration, network troubleshooting, backups and data recovery, email administration, network security, asset management, and deployment activities. Requires 1-2 years IT support experience, a high school diploma, DOD Public Trust clearance (or ability to obtain), US citizenship, ability to lift 40 lbs, climb a 10 ft ladder, and drive. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Basic IT support training
- 1-2 years relative IT experience
- DOD Public Trust Clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to interact with people at all levels
- Professional attitude with attention to detail
- Accurate and timely submission of reports/documentation
- Licensed and able to drive a vehicle
- Ability to climb a 10ft ladder and lift at least 40lbs
- US citizenship required to access sensitive information
