IT Solutions Architect III

Design integrations between internal and external systems using APIs, EDI, middleware, and event-driven architectures to support customer onboarding and reliable data exchange. Partner with Operations, Distribution, Transportation, Customer Service, and Finance to improve business processes through technology, recommending automation opportunities for warehouse and transportation operations. Design and develop cloud-based and hybrid technology solutions on Microsoft Azure, AWS, or similar platforms while collaborating with Infrastructure and Cybersecurity teams to ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity. Provide architectural guidance to development teams and project managers, reviewing technical designs and ensuring adherence to enterprise architecture principles and development standards. Mentor technical staff on solution architecture best practices and ensure solutions comply with cybersecurity policies, incorporating identity management, encryption, logging, monitoring, and access controls. Evaluate software products and technology vendors, support RFPs and technology selection processes, and participate in project planning, budgeting, and implementation activities. Work closely with cross-functional business stakeholders to prioritize technology initiatives and deliver scalable, secure, and reliable enterprise solutions that improve operational efficiency and reduce manual processes.
