Job Summary
Lead the design and development of enterprise IT architectures that align with business strategy and technology roadmaps. Define and enforce architectural principles, standards, and governance to ensure scalable, maintainable IT systems. Collaborate with senior leadership to translate business objectives into technology strategies and frameworks. Conduct high-level assessments and architectural reviews for feasibility, security, and efficiency of proposed solutions. Drive innovation by evaluating emerging technologies and overseeing complex system integrations to deliver robust, scalable, and future-fit technology solutions. Mentor junior architects, establish architecture working groups, and develop risk mitigation strategies aligned with cybersecurity and regulatory requirements. Engage with external vendors and technology partners to evaluate solutions, negotiate contracts, and drive technology adoption. Demonstrate strategic influence and thought leadership to shape IT direction and deliver competitive advantage.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5 to 8 years’ experience in a similar environment, including 2 to 3 years at management level
- Expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks, cloud computing, and large-scale system design
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity, data governance, and regulatory compliance requirements in financial services
- Proven ability to develop and execute IT strategies that align with business objectives
- Relevant enterprise architecture certification preferred
