Job Summary
IT Solutions Architect Application Management for a remote role at NTT Global Data Centers. You will manage a flexible portfolio of enterprise applications, act as the interface between business stakeholders and IT, oversee end-to-end lifecycle activities (onboarding, enhancements, integrations, operations, end-user support, training, decommissioning), design and oversee integrations across the enterprise, ensure availability, performance, security, data privacy, and regulatory compliance, coordinate incidents, changes, releases, and global rollouts, collaborate with internal teams and external vendors, contribute to global roadmaps and IT strategy, and identify optimization opportunities. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in application management or related enterprise IT environments, hands-on SaaS and integration experience, and knowledge of IT service management. The role is remote with a monthly stipend for remote work, and some travel may be required; must be available for 24x7 support of customers. Base salary ranges from $129,600 to $160,000, with eligibility for an annual bonus and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or comparable qualification
- 3+ years of experience in application management or enterprise IT environments
- Hands-on experience with SaaS solutions and development / implementation of integrations
- Knowledge of IT service management and application lifecycle management
