IT Solution Engineer

Translate business requirements into technical specifications and create detailed solution designs. Coordinate construction, installation, configuration, and testing of IT systems while diagnosing and resolving routine technical issues. Assist in technical analysis of commercial-off-the-shelf versus custom-built solutions, gathering and documenting business and integration requirements. Support design documentation, architecture diagrams, and data migration activities following established procedures. Provide level 3 support for critical issues and execute assigned test cases and master test plans. Participate in formal design, cybersecurity, and code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and regulations. Analyze existing systems to identify remediation or improvements in application or infrastructure solutions.
