IT Solution Developer (Semiconductor)

Job Summary
Collaborate in developing a sustainable IT landscape for the international semiconductor operations network by liaising with senior management to design solutions based on business objectives. Investigate and diagnose problems in IT systems and data sources such as SAP and Blue Yonder, while supporting the implementation of modern interdisciplinary analysis tools for market development scenarios. Provide technical support to end-users, maintain system operations through regular updates and patches, and assist in executing medium- and long-term planning processes. Document guidelines and standards for manufacturing planning and coordination, ensuring security and continuous improvement across global teams.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years working experience in the related field
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration or a comparable qualification
- Good communication skills (verbal and written) with stakeholders, all hierarchy levels of associates in the organization and the management group
- A team player and ability to moderate meetings/workshops with all levels and departments
- Strong interest in modern technologies, agile mindset, structured and independent way of working
- Good foundation in SQL
- Background in databases and ETL-process automation with low-code platforms e.g. KNIME, or alternatively via scripting
- Technical understanding of platform applications
- First experiences with IT planning processes and change management
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Desired Qualifications
- German language is a plus
