Job Summary
Lead the design, configuration, and governance of SAP Signavio solutions across the PSEG SAP Modernization program, ensuring business process modeling, analysis, and transformation insights integrate into the S/4HANA implementation lifecycle. Partner with stakeholders to translate goals into architecture roadmaps, reconcile perspectives, and drive consensus on reusable artifacts and patterns. Develop policies, standards, and metrics to measure architectural quality, while acting as a bridge during component integration and communicating technology objectives to inform decision-making. Research modern architecture constructs and ensure compatibility with existing infrastructure and strategic requirements. This role reports to the SAP Modernization Solution Architect Manager within a Fortune 500 energy company serving over 13,000 employees.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or Information Sciences preferred, or related field.
- 10 years of work experience in technology solution engineering.
- 12+ years of work experience in technology solution engineering without a degree.
- 2-4 years of experience working with the SAP Signavio suite.
- Experience working on process mapping for at least one full cycle S/4HANA implementation.
- Strong understanding of: SAP ECC to S/4HANA transition.
- Strong understanding of: End-to-end business processes.
- Strong understanding of: SAP Activate methodology.
- Hands-on experience with processing modeling, process mining configuration, and integration with SAP systems.
- Department of Energy's regulation 10 CFR 810 is required.
Desired Qualifications
- SAP Signavio certification.
- Experience with SAP LeanIX.
- Leadership experience within a multi-year SAP utility project.
- Familiarity with the Service Now application.
- Knowledge of SAP Cloud ALM.
- Experience with automated test integration and requirements traceability.
