Job Summary
Define, design, and govern end-to-end user experience strategy across the SAP landscape, ensuring intuitive, role-based interfaces that align with business processes and enterprise architecture standards. Lead the design and implementation of SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, and related UX technologies while integrating with backend systems like ECC and S/4HANA. Partner with stakeholders to translate goals into roadmaps and capability models, creating reusable artifacts and patterns that accelerate solution delivery. Develop policies, standards, and metrics to measure architectural quality, acting as a bridge during implementation to promote existing models and capabilities. Research modern architecture constructs such as microservices and continuous delivery to ensure compatibility with strategic infrastructure requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or Information Sciences preferred, or related field
- 10 years of work experience in technology solution engineering
- 12+ years of work experience in technology solution engineering without a degree
- 3-5 years of experience working with SAP Fiori/UI5 architecture
- Experience working on UI/UX solution architecture for at least one full cycle S/4HANA implementation
- Strong understanding of: SAP Gateway
- Strong understanding of: OData Services
- Strong understanding of: CDS Views
- Strong understanding of: Fiori Launchpad
- Thorough understanding of SAP UI5, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS
- Hands-on experience designing enterprise-scale UX solutions
- Department of Energy's regulation 10 CFR 810 is required
Desired Qualifications
- SAP Fiori/IU5 certification
- Experience with SAP BTP and Fiori on BTP
- Knowledge of SAP Build Apps/low-code solutions
- Experience with large scale SAP Utility projects
- Understanding of SAP Cloud ALM
- Experience with automated test integration
