Job Summary

Coordinate and deliver the agency's technology services, managing the CaseWorthy system database implementation and training staff on navigation. Oversee ordering and training for new applications while maintaining internal SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and OIC website operations. Provide IT/IS support to staff, troubleshoot computer and network gear using diagnostic software, and install hardware or software systems including VOiP phones and wireless networking equipment. Monitor industry publications for patches and security updates, work with third parties to resolve situations, and establish relationships with partner agencies to coordinate support needs.

Required Qualifications

  • BA degree in the Information Technology field
  • Two (2) years of experience in Information Technology Systems role
  • A Technical or Trade Certification
  • Additional years of experience
  • Demonstrate experience in a professional office setting including working in a busy office setting which deals heavily with a high volume of calls, public contact, and public speaking
  • Strong working knowledge of various software applications, including database management systems and the Microsoft 365 Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams), as well as Zoom
  • Demonstrate ability to plan, organize, coordinate, and deliver software and IT equipment technology
  • Recognized for strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Sound judgment
