Job Summary
Conduct full stack .Net development using C# and Angular, author technical specifications, and maintain the company's application suite. Collaborate with global stakeholders to review code, execute unit and peer testing, and ensure quality via SonarQube and Agile-Scrum methodologies. Troubleshoot blockers, manage issue deviations, and deliver complex SQL queries on SQL Server while adhering to development policies. Work autonomously in a Bristol-based team, interacting with diverse executives and subject matter experts to meet sprint deliverables.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2/3 years as a software developer or system engineer in .Net based full stack development
- Strong technical and analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of application architecture
- Experience in collaborating in projects in multiple international geographical locations
- Work with different stakeholders to author, review, and improve technical and functional specifications, which includes tests description and acceptance criteria
- Author and contribute, timely and at the appropriate quality level, development, operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, tests and documentation of the company's application suite
- Follow and promote development practices and policies in order to produce high quality software which can be easily implemented within the company
- Use state-of-art software engineering practices and development frameworks – namely Agile – so as to ensure superior quality on every delivery
- Escalate and follow-up on timely manner any and all the issues that might be a blocker, issue deviation from SPOs, guidelines, etc.
- Strong experience in C#.Net and Angular
- Hands on experience in SQL Server writing complex queries
- Strong background in Software Development/Engineering
- Strong taste of unit testing and peer testing the code developed
- Soung exposue in code quality measuring tools like SonarQube
- Mandatory
- Any Bachelor's/Master's degree with the right experience
- Must be able work and live in the UK without restriction
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge on cloud based developemt, prefferably MS Azure
- Knowledge of SOA is desirable
