Job Summary
Senior IT Software Engineer focused on Automation AI leveraging AI tools to accelerate diagnosis, automate responses, and drive self-healing operations. Responsible for Tier 1 platform support (API Gateway, Automation, FTP/MFT, Web, Distribution), performing deep troubleshooting with root-cause analysis, resolving outages, and driving permanent fixes and platform hardening. Develop AI-driven automation, integrate AI into alerting, runbooks, and predictive operations; maintain SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge bases; collaborate with global engineering and support teams, ensuring smooth handoffs and knowledge transfer; contribute to training to reduce escalations. Emphasizes experience in Ops/DevOps, AI-driven engineering, scripting, Linux, API platforms, ITSM, CI/CD, cloud, containers, and monitoring, with strong English communication and cross-functional collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in Ops/DevOps; strong in resolving complex multi-layer issues (app to network)
- Proficient with AI tools for troubleshooting, coding, documentation, and prompt engineering
- Strong scripting/programming skills
- Solid Linux administration
- Experience with API platforms, ITSM, and automation
- Experience collaborating with global teams and modern stack (CI/CD, cloud, containers, monitoring)
- Excellent documentation and English skills
