Job Summary
IT Site Manager at a brand-new manufacturing facility focused on power generation systems for AI-driven data centers and sustainable energy. Bridge IT and business, drive digital transformation, and implement solutions that impact operations, efficiency, and growth. Lead IT delivery at the site, oversee IT budgets and SLAs, translate business requirements into projects, conduct cost-benefit analyses, and report on IT performance to stakeholders. Requires experience in manufacturing/industrial environments, SAP ERP familiarity, and knowledge of digital manufacturing technologies (IoT, I4.0, RPA).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, data center, or automotive environments
- Strong business analytical skills
- Familiarity with ITIL, Scrum, and Agile methodologies preferred
