IT Site Leader

Job Summary
IT Site Leader will oversee daily IT operations in a manufacturing facility, coordinating IT support activities, managing vendor relationships, and assisting in planning and execution of infrastructure and end-user computing projects. The role serves as a liaison between technical teams and business units, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities include coordinating IT support, managing external vendors, overseeing asset inventory of IT equipment, supporting IT projects (upgrades, migrations, rollouts), ensuring compliance with IT policies and data protection, collaborating to improve service delivery and user experience, maintaining documentation of procedures, providing escalation support for complex issues, and assisting in IT budget planning and cost control.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 4-8 years of experience in IT support or coordination roles
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Experience with SCCM, MDM tools, and software deployment
- Familiarity with ITIL practices and ISO standards (9001, 27001)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
- Physical role based at a manufacturing facility with site visits
