Job Summary
Lead site IT operations by providing technical leadership across system administration, networking, and support, while driving continuous improvement initiatives and collaborating with site leadership to optimize technology use. Manage Microsoft 365 applications, Entra Admin, and Active Directory environments, performing daily system monitoring, hardware maintenance, and help desk request resolution. Oversee IT procurement, inventory, and endpoint security, creating and maintaining up-to-date documentation aligned with corporate standards. Ensure compliance with external audits from customers, vendors, and the FDA while reporting security incidents to the response team. Requires full bilingual English/Spanish proficiency and 4-6 years of system administrator experience in a manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Full bilingual English/Spanish proficiency (spoken and written). (Mandatory)
- Associates Degree in Computer Science or other technical field is required
- 4-6 years of system administrator experience is required
- Up to 25% of the time or as needed.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or other technical field is preferred
- 4-6 years of diversified experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
- 2-3 years in medical environment is preferred
- Intermediate Knowledge in Backup solutions, MSP360, is a plus.
- Basic Knowledge of cloud storage services, Wasabi & AWS preferred.
- Knowledge with VoIP systems, particularly 3CX is a plus.
- Knowledge in Cisco Meraki and UNIFI switching is a plus.
- Knowledge in Endpoint Central is a plus.
