Job Summary
IT Site Administrator at Acushnet Company responsible for supporting the technology infrastructure at the Fairhaven Headquarters and assigned locations. Duties include providing technical support for desktop, server, and network environments; maintaining corporate technology standards; coordinating infrastructure projects; installing and upgrading hardware and software; supporting business continuity initiatives; implementing high-availability solutions; managing change control activities; and providing 24x7 on-call support as needed to ensure uninterrupted business operations. Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years in technical support, and ability to work with vendors and cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical support role supporting mission-critical systems
- Experience supporting desktop, server, and enterprise infrastructure environments
- Knowledge of system backup, security, monitoring, and compliance best practices
- Proven project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities and initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation and commitment to meeting business needs
- Willingness to participate in a 24x7 on-call support rotation and support a continuously operating computing environment
