Job Summary
Support customers by preparing IT infrastructure for diagnostic device installations, conducting remote diagnostics, and executing rapid problem resolution on networked systems. Manage software version deployments, patches, and configuration updates while collaborating with global support teams during escalations. Assist field service colleagues via remote connections for installations and maintenance tasks, ensuring precise documentation of all customer system activities. Maintain technical proficiency through continuous learning and knowledge sharing within an interdisciplinary team of medical and IT specialists. Work primarily remotely with occasional on-site visits to Nürtingen, supporting the delivery of diagnostic solutions that improve patient care and consumer safety.
Required Qualifications
- Fachinformatiker oder vergleichbarer Abschluss
- Kenntnisse in Microsoft Server-Lösungen in physischen, virtuellen und Cloud-Umgebungen
- Kenntnisse im Datenbank-Management (MySQL, Oracle, usw.)
- Erfahrung in den Bereichen Netzwerktechnik und IT-Sicherheit
- Fließende und fachspezifische Deutschkenntnisse
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
- Wohnort nah genug an Nürtingen, um einige Male pro Woche ins Büro zu kommen
Desired Qualifications
- Erfahrung im Kundensupport von kritischen Systemen oder sogar Medizingeräten / Softwareanwendungen im Gesundheitswesen
- Präzision und Disziplin bei der Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung von Projekten sowie sämtlicher Aktivitäten an Kundensystemen
