Job Summary
Ensure system operations across diverse environments by handling tickets within SLAs and resolving first and second-level support incidents. Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person at the client desk while maintaining asset data accuracy. Assist with IT projects and continuously optimize operational processes and structures. This onsite role in Hamburg requires strong German language skills (C1) and experience in hardware support, offering opportunities for ITIL certification and a central location with excellent transport links.
Required Qualifications
