Job Summary
Provide onsite and remote 2nd line IT support for end users across Sysco GB, managing incidents and service requests from initial ticket to resolution, and ensuring service standards. Responsibilities include asset inventory maintenance, proactive end-of-life asset replacement, IT inductions for new starters, administration of mobile devices via MDM (Endpoint Manager/Intune), and supporting deployment of new technologies. Must possess strong interpersonal, customer-service oriented skills, and practical experience with Windows 10/11, Office 365, Azure, AD/Azure AD, networking basics, and ITIL framework. Role requires travel to Warrington depot and other depots (Wigan, Ewloe, Bodelwyddan) with onsite and remote support responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience providing 2nd line IT support for end users
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365, Azure
- Experience administering MDM/Endpoint Manager (Intune)
- Networking knowledge (Wireless, LAN, WAN) and AD/Azure AD administration
- Experience with IT security, asset inventory, and change management
- ITIL V3/V4 foundation (advantage)
