Job Summary
IT Service Technician provides onsite support for printer systems and hardware, repairing equipment at customer sites, installing/modifying hardware, running diagnostics, and ensuring customer satisfaction through accurate communication and problem-solving. Responsibilities include repairing printer equipment, assisting customers, managing documentation and QC, installing upgrades and firmware, and performing safety checks while traveling to customer locations as required.
Required Qualifications
- A+ certification preferred
- Ability to travel as required
- Must be able to pass drug screening and background check
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills
- Regular, reliable attendance
- Must be able to lift/move equipment weighing 50+ pounds
