Job Summary
Provide on-site and remote support to clients across Winnipeg via phone, email, and chat for workstations, servers, and network devices; travel to client sites with mileage reimbursed; participate in after-hours on-call rotation; document work in HaloPSA; respond to and resolve tickets within SLA; communicate with Service Desk Coordinator/Manager; keep IT Glue documentation up to date; track timesheets and expenses; escalate to Network Administrators/Senior Engineers; hit KPIs with support for career growth; work with tools like HaloPSA, IT Glue, Microsoft 365 (Copilot), SonicWall, Fortinet, Veeam, and AI-assisted support tools. Bonus points for Microsoft 365 admin experience, security appliances familiarity, relevant certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA A+, Network+), and Server OS experience. Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years IT support experience
- Experience troubleshooting Microsoft Windows 11
- Experience with PC and server hardware installation and troubleshooting
- Working knowledge of IP networking and troubleshooting
- Valid driver's license with daily access to a vehicle
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a busy environment
