Job Summary
IT Service Manager responsible for leading the ICT function, shaping a 3–5 year technology roadmap, and delivering cross-functional IT initiatives. Responsibilities include cloud migrations, security hardening, disaster recovery planning, Microsoft 365 tenant administration, and vendor management. You will mentor and manage the ICT team, optimize infrastructure for high availability, and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on leadership across network/server infrastructure, cyber security, backup/disaster recovery, budgeting, licencing, and vendor negotiations to drive commercial impact.
Required Qualifications
- Track record of successfully managing IT/ICT teams
- Hands-on knowledge of network architecture, server infrastructure
- Experience delivering IT projects on time and budget
- Experience with Microsoft 365 enterprise deployments
- Cyber security knowledge and disaster recovery strategy
