Job Summary
Manage IT Service Management for M365 products and oversee service providers. Track M365 roadmap updates with an end-user focus, initiating and supporting user communication and training. Provide active support for the deployment and administration of existing Office 365, Power Platform, and Azure AI solutions. Deploy and administer storage solutions based on Azure Files and SharePoint, while establishing and managing the M365 backup solution and associated processes. Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and team to ensure efficient platform delivery and administration. Support the development and optimization of team processes and automations. Work with interdisciplinary teams to drive adoption of new products like M365 Copilot among users. Requires an IT degree, multiple years of ITSM or Microsoft experience, and experience leading technical implementation projects and managing external service providers. Full-time or part-time position with 80% office presence.
Required Qualifications
- abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT Service Management oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle im Microsoft Umfeld
- großes Interesse an den neuen Produkten, wie M365 Copilot
- Erfahrung in der technischen Projektleitung von Implementierungsprojekten und Prozessoptimierungen
- Erfahrung in der Steuerung externer Dienstleister
- ausgeprägte Kunden- und Anwenderorientierung
- Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch

- Bereitschaft, sich in neue Themenbereiche einzuarbeiten
- analytisches Denkvermögen
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Anforderungen zu verstehen und in Produktlösungen umzusetzen
