Job Summary
IT Service Manager responsible for end-to-end delivery and governance of IT Infrastructure services across multiple sites. Leads EUC, storage, and network services, manages remote operations, ensures SLAs/KPIs, and oversees incident, problem, change, and service request management. Drives IT transformation initiatives, modernization, optimization, and standardization; tracks business value and cost savings. Provides governance and stakeholder management, presenting MSR and LPI to VP-level leadership, and acts as primary contact for business stakeholders, vendors, and service partners. Leads and mentors a 15+ member team and manages vendor performance and commitments. Requires strong experience in IT Infrastructure & Service Management and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Required Qualifications
- BE/BTech/BCA/BSc (IT)/MCA/MBA (IT)/MSc (IT)
- 10-12 years of IT Service Management / Project Management experience
- Experience managing multi-site manufacturing IT environments
- Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Expertise in IT Infrastructure & Service Management, EUC, Servers, Storage, Network, and HPE GreenLake
