Job Summary
IT Service Integrator responsible for managing the delivery of IT services and overseeing day-to-day ITSM operations (knowledge, incident, problem management) to meet SLAs. Includes budget/contract management, vendor negotiation, and ensuring compliance with IT policies. Based in Jakarta or Krakow, with emphasis on end-to-end service ownership, stakeholder engagement, and delivering user-focused IT solutions; strong background in IT, familiarity with ITIL, Agile, and IT Risk & Controls; excellent communication and multi-project management skills; opportunity for mentoring and professional growth within a large global organization.
