Job Summary
Ensure employee and conference room uptime by managing hardware inventory, troubleshooting device and software issues, and providing access to vital job tools. Explain software integrations to enable efficient tool utilization and mentor Deskside Support and IT Service Engineers. This hybrid role requires on-site presence at our Dublin, Ireland office on Wednesdays and Thursdays with remote flexibility on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays.
