Job Summary
Conduct second-level support as the primary contact for users, managing ticket resolution, phone assistance, and on-site deployments. Analyze and resolve client hardware, software, and permission issues while maintaining central systems like CMDB, email, and VPN infrastructures. Perform routine maintenance and exchange of hardware and software components to ensure operational stability. Actively contribute to workplace and IT infrastructure optimization and advise colleagues on technical matters. Coordinate tasks independently and collaborate on IT projects aimed at improving the system landscape.
Required Qualifications
- abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich
- relevante Berufserfahrung in der IT-Branche
- analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Denk- und Arbeitsweise
- ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung
- Freude daran, Anwender kompetent und lösungsorientiert zu unterstützen
- fundierte Kenntnisse in gängigen Microsoft-Technologien

- Kenntnisse im Bereich Office
- Erfahrung in der Unterstützung oder Anleitung weniger erfahrener Teammitglieder
- Hands-on-Mentalität
