Job Summary
Resolve complex IT issues across Microsoft 365, identity, device management, and networking, acting as a consistent technical lead for assigned clients. Own tickets end-to-end, coordinating with vendors and confirming resolutions while applying structured troubleshooting to escalate or engage additional resources when needed. Leverage PowerShell scripting for automation and contribute to operational improvements by surfacing recurring issues and updating runbooks. Mentor Service Engineer I staff through shadowing and feedback while maintaining SLA compliance and high CSAT scores.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of IT support experience
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration
- Strong working knowledge of identity management
- Strong working knowledge of device management
- Working knowledge of PowerShell fundamentals
- Willingness to build safe automation
- Hold (or actively pursue) one Microsoft role-based certification aligned to daily responsibilities
- AZ-104 certification
- Senior promotion readiness
Desired Qualifications
- MSP experience
- MD-102 certification
- MS-102 certification
- Azure/M365 administration experience
