Job Summary
Resolve complex technical issues across Microsoft 365, identity, networking, and core business systems with full end-to-end ownership. Lead assigned clients and queues by applying structured troubleshooting, utilizing PowerShell automation for standard tasks, and coordinating vendor responses. Manage multi-step administration including Intune policies, conditional access impacts, and backup/DR triage while maintaining strict adherence to Executech standards and change control. Mentor Service Engineer I staff through shadowing and provide high-quality escalation feedback to drive operational improvements. Balance client advocacy with security posture and scalability, ensuring SLA compliance and high-quality documentation.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of IT support experience
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration
- Strong working knowledge of identity management
- Strong working knowledge of device management
- Strong working knowledge of common MSP toolsets
- Working knowledge of PowerShell fundamentals
- Willingness to build safe automation
- Hold (or actively pursue) one Microsoft role-based certification aligned to daily responsibilities
- AZ-104 certification for engineers working regularly in Azure/M365 administration
- AZ-104 certification required for Senior promotion readiness
