Job Summary
IT Service Desk Analyst providing end-to-end technical support across IT Service Desk, Desktop Support, Video Teleconferencing (VTC), and Mobile Device (iPhone) environments. Responsible for being the first point of contact for IT incidents and service requests, delivering timely resolutions, and ensuring adherence to IT standards and processes with exceptional customer service. Onsite role, five days per week in Morgantown, WV or Pittsburgh, PA, and requires a Public Trust security clearance.
