Job Summary
IT Service Desk Apprentice supporting Loaf’s IT services across Head Office, Distribution Centre, showrooms and remote staff. Responsibilities include receiving, logging and resolving 1st line incidents, escalation to 2nd/3rd line, hardware/software support in a mixed Windows/Mac environment, building and deploying corporate devices, investigating and resolving operational alerts, contributing to technology projects, maintaining incident records within SLA, managing secure access for starters and leavers, and creating knowledgebase articles. Occasional travel to other Loaf sites; adherence to operational security policies; collaboration with IT and Technology teams on various initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant IT qualifications to A level or undergraduate level
- Experience in a customer-facing environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work on own initiative and within a small team
- Interest in IT and technology
