Job Summary
Provide end user support for hardware, software, mobile devices, and Microsoft 365 applications while managing incidents and service requests through ServiceNow. Troubleshoot technical issues, deploy and maintain workstations, and administer user accounts within Active Directory and Azure Active Directory. Manage corporate devices via Microsoft Intune, monitor endpoint health with NinjaOne, and maintain accurate asset inventories. Automate repetitive tasks using PowerShell to improve efficiency and collaborate with vendors on service improvements. This on-site role in Del Mar, CA, supports Realty Income's mission to build enduring relationships and brighter financial futures through dedicated technical assistance.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of IT Help Desk, Service Desk, Desktop Support, or related internship or professional experience
- Experience supporting Windows operating systems
- Experience supporting Microsoft Office applications
- Experience supporting end user hardware
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Strong analytical skills

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
