Job Summary
Provide end user support for hardware, software, mobile devices, and Microsoft 365 applications while managing incidents and service requests through ServiceNow. Troubleshoot technical issues, deploy and configure workstations, and administer user accounts within Active Directory and Microsoft 365. Manage corporate devices via Microsoft Intune, monitor endpoint health using NinjaOne, and maintain software and hardware asset inventories. Develop knowledge base articles, automate recurring tasks with PowerShell, and partner with vendors to coordinate issue resolution and service improvements. This on-site role in Del Mar, CA supports Realty Income's IT organization, contributing to workstation deployment, asset management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of IT Help Desk, Service Desk, Desktop Support, or related internship or professional experience
- Experience supporting Windows operating systems
- Experience supporting Microsoft Office applications
- Experience supporting end user hardware
- Strong troubleshooting skills

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
