Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or Equivalent Technical Experience
  • 4 years’ experience in a Technical Support Call Center setting preferred
  • Experience with Windows 7, 8.1, 10; Office; Active Directory; hardware/software troubleshooting; on-call rotation
  • At least one of: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, MCP, MCSA (active certification)
