Job Summary
IT Service Desk Analyst III provides Tier 1–3 support via phone, email, remote assistance, and on-site visits; supports Windows OS, Office suite, Active Directory, and client hardware; assists with software installs, hardware resolution, and documentation; acts as technical escalation point and may participate in special projects, video visits, and limited desk-side support; flexible hours including evenings/weekends on a rotating on-call basis; must have own transportation to remote sites; requires strong customer-facing skills and adherence to SLAs; salary range $58,488.99–$93,582.39 with final offer based on qualifications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or Equivalent Technical Experience
- 4 years’ experience in a Technical Support Call Center setting preferred
- Experience with Windows 7, 8.1, 10; Office; Active Directory; hardware/software troubleshooting; on-call rotation
- At least one of: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, MCP, MCSA (active certification)
