Job Summary

IT Service Desk Analyst (Fixed Term) will be the first point of contact for IT issues and requests, providing basic to moderate technical support and exceptional customer service across phone, chat, email, and in-person channels. Responsibilities include troubleshooting software/hardware, training on Windows OS, MS Office 365 (Outlook) and web browsers, following established SLAs, escalating complex issues, and logging all interactions in an ITSM ticketing tool. The role requires experience in an enterprise environment, familiarity with remote support and monitoring tools (e.g., SCCM, SolarWinds), ServiceNow ticketing, Active Directory, VPN, and network concepts, and strong communication skills in English (French is an asset). This is a 12-month fixed-term position based in Saint John, Canada, with a focus on returning employees to work quickly after issues and maintaining a professional face and voice for IT services. Degree or diploma in IT or equivalent experience and minimum 1 year IT/helpdesk experience preferred; MCP/MCSE certifications are an asset.
