Job Summary
IT Service Desk Analyst at Drax responsible for delivering quick incident and service request resolution within SLAs, collaborating with IT functions and third-party vendors, maintaining application availability and performance, and documenting technical concepts for customers. Requires strong desktop hardware and network know-how, Windows 10/11, VoIP/SIP, Active Directory, Entra/Azure, Office 365, Autopilot, SCCM, security tools, LAN/WAN fundamentals, and a customer-first support mindset. Desirable familiarity with ITIL principles and root cause analysis; experience or interest in the electricity industry is a plus. The role emphasizes proactive service improvement and clear communication with users, with flexibility to work outside core hours.
