Job Summary
IT Service Delivery Specialist (Mid-Level) serves as a key liaison between internal technical teams, external vendors, and government or telecom agency partners; coordinates end-to-end resolution of service and change requests, escalates risks and blockers, and supports performance reporting and service delivery metrics. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments, and foundational knowledge of systems or cloud environments. Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or ServiceNow, and familiarity with AWS or cloud platforms and SQL are preferred. Requires Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 1-5 years IT support/coordination experience, US citizenship, and the ability to obtain a Federal Government Position of Trust. The position is designated as work-from-home with US-based remote work and potential for Public Trust clearance.”,
Required Qualifications

- Citizenship or Work Authorization Required: US Citizen

- Understanding of SLAs and incident management
- Experience with distributed teams and vendors
