Job Summary
IT Service Delivery Specialist to lead IT service delivery and internal customer engagement, acting as the face of IT for internal users. Focus on customer-first IT support across devices, applications, and service channels; manage endpoint lifecycle (provisioning, maintenance, retirement); partner with People team to ensure seamless onboarding for new employees/contractors; drive automation, self-service, and knowledge resources; manage vendor relationships and support escalations; oversee onboarding and training programs; maintain endpoint security and compliance; and support cross-functional IT initiatives with strong documentation and communication.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent experience in the technology field is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in a user-facing IT support or systems role.
