Job Summary
Delivery Leadership Manager responsible for leading and managing the delivery of run and change services for the customer and for internal groups, ensuring service levels, financial targets, and customer satisfaction. Leads a team directly or through matrix reporting, collaborating with Computacenter and partner staff to deliver value across contract lifecycles, identify and mitigate delivery risks, and drive continuous process improvements. Requires strong IT service management background, experience in governance, contract/financial management, stakeholder engagement across multiple locations, and ability to align IT services with the customer’s business strategy. Proficient in ITIL concepts, SAP, MS Office, and MS Teams, with a demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with international colleagues.
Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience
