IT Service Delivery Manager

Job Summary
Lead IT service delivery for assigned factory sites by serving as the primary escalation point for business needs. Manage end-to-end ticket triage, resolution, and infrastructure support while overseeing local governance, cybersecurity response, and vendor coordination. Plan and control site IT budgets, prioritize demand intake, and lead build projects to enable secure machine and network connectivity. Ensure compliance with internal regulations and guidelines. This full-time onsite role supports Hitachi Energy's Crystal Springs, MS manufacturing operations, requiring a leader with 5+ years in IT and 2+ years in management to drive digital solutions for safe, efficient factory environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in Information Technology
- 2+ years in an IT leadership or management role
- Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial environments
- Project management experience for complex initiatives
- Strong communication skills in English
- MS Office products including Excel, Word, SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook
- ServiceNow (SNOW) Enterprise IT Management Platform
- Microsoft DevOps and Microsoft Azure
- SAP S/4HANA Information, Data & Analytics, and Business Intelligence solutions
