Job Summary

Delivery Manager leading run and change service delivery for enterprise accounts, driving governance to meet service levels and financial targets while delivering value to customers and the organization. You will lead and manage a team directly and through a matrix of Computacenter and partner staff, ensure clear roles, engage and motivate deliverables, and contribute to a unified account strategy. Responsibilities include delivering run and change services, managing performance and risk, improving delivery processes, leading change initiatives, developing contract changes, and maintaining customer-facing communications. Requires IT service management expertise (ITIL), familiarity with SAP, MS Office, MS Teams, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to translate customer needs into actionable delivery plans. Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and financial acumen are essential, as is comfort working with colleagues across countries where English is not the first language.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience
  • ITIL training possibly to Expert status
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple requests simultaneously
