IT Service Delivery Manager (Data management)

IT Service Delivery Manager responsible for BI-DWH IT services delivery for a multinational financial services client. Role focuses on planning, designing, and implementing BI-DWH IT services to business users, ensuring high service quality and availability, monitoring and reporting on IT services, aligning BI services with business priorities, enforcing SLAs, and coordinating Major Incidents. Will manage IT operation teams, participate in budgeting, drive continuous service improvements, and serve as escalation point for business users. Requires strong SQL, Azure Databricks, BI/reporting tools, ETL processes, ITIL-based IT service management, knowledge of data platforms and lakehouse concepts, and excellent communication skills in Spanish and English. 5+ years in service delivery or IT operations in BI/DWH or data platforms, with leadership of teams (5+ employees). Nice-to-have certifications in ITSM and Azure Databricks/Microsoft; experience in financial sector preferred. Remote work is offered (Work From Anywhere culture).
