Job Summary
Manage vendor account management and procurement responsibilities while cultivating internal networks to facilitate task completion. Estimate work, gather requirements for expansions and acquisitions, and drive deliverables by developing and maintaining schedules for deployments, upgrades, and renewals. Troubleshoot routine issues, verify application compatibility, and resolve incidents in a timely manner. Communicate clearly with functional teams, project sponsors, and key systems users to provide feedback on approaches and decisions. Perform other duties as required. This role supports the cardiac rhythm management, neuromodulation, and cardio vascular markets for a leading medical device CDMO.
Required Qualifications
- BS Degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent experience
- 0-2 years' experience
- Demonstrated ability to work in and foster a team based environment
- Ability to communicate and present effectively
- Good organizational skills
- Managing to a budget
- May travel up to 10% of the time
