Job Summary
Coordinate first-level system and user support, manage desktop and mobile platforms, and oversee on- and off-boarding of users. Organize configuration management, plan and administer software licenses, and execute user training. Expand integration with external service providers, manage identity and access controls, and procure IT hardware and services. Optimize service desk processes and maintain an overview of service providers, systems, and licenses. This role supports the operational IT service at Deutsche Afrika-Linien/John T. Essberger Group of Companies, focusing on modernizing the IT landscape and acting as a liaison between IT, users, and partners. Full-time employment with flexible working hours available after onboarding.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung zum (Fach)informatiker oder ähnliche technisch/naturwissenschaftliche Fachrichtung
- Mehrjährige, einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der IT, idealerweise im Servicebetrieb
- Talent zur Konzeption, Roll-out und Betrieb von IT-Lösungen
- Erfahrung der Planung und Durchführung von IT-Projekten
- Sichere Steuerung von Auftragnehmern
- Anwendungsbereites Wissen u.a. in den Bereichen PowerShell, Windows Server, Azure, AD, Intune, Azure, Exchange, ITIL
- Sichere Kommunikation in deutscher und englischer Sprache
