Job Summary
IT Service Coordinator role coordinating IT service desk queue, triaging and resolving tickets per SLAs; monitoring system health and incidents; tracking vendor renewals and IT assets; supporting IT reporting, onboarding/offboarding, and ensuring compliance with IT policies and security standards; strong IT service desk/IT coordination experience; familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow/Jira/Freshservice) and ITIL; proficient with Microsoft 365, Azure service health, Windows/macOS; data/reporting mindset; proactive, service-oriented communication with stakeholders across APAC; based in Malaysia with flexible work locations (home/office/both).
